Athlete Personal Training
Purpose: Allow athletes the open access to fine tune their weaknesses, whether it be speed, strength, agility, power, or endurance. Keeping sessions, the same times, same days, every week, allows for a membership routine encouraging athletes to commit their involvement within our performance academy, while also improving on their specific needs and goals. Each day will focus on a different training type so that athletes can choose which or all workouts that might benefit each athlete directly.
Memberships – monthly payment –
START DATE – January 3rd
High School (grades 9-12) Everyday 3:30 – 4:15
Intermediate (grades 5-8) Everyday 4:30 – 5:15
Weekly Schedule:
Monday – Speed
Tuesday – Strength
Wednesday – Agility
Thursday – Power
Friday – Conditioning – “Fun Friday”
Personal training that can take place in an individual or group setting. This includes lifting, agility and Vertimax sessions.
– Lifting: $45/session
1 month – 2x/week $325
1 month – 3x/week $485
– Agility: $30/session
1 month – 2x/week $215
1 month – 3x/week $325
– Vertimax (groups – max 7 people) $40 per session
