Fitness Classes

WOW Fitness – Saturdays 9AM-9:45AM in weight room
“Women Owning Weights” is a women’s fitness class that focuses on both cardio and weight training. Taking place in a small group setting allows for individualized attention from the trainer to further help participants burn maximum calories and work towards their fitness goals. Modified/beginner techniques will also be offered so that all participants can perform the workout.
Adult women ages 18+
Cost is $10 per class

HIIT Fit – Sundays 9AM-9:45AM on soccer field 3
“High Intensity Interval Training” is another women’s fitness class but a bit more advanced, where higher intensity interval training is used to boost metabolism and burn max calories. Modified/beginner techniques will also be offered so that all participants can perform the workout.
Adult women ages 18+
Cost is $10 per class
