Football 12-Week Early Offseason Program

Program Overview: Our football specific program is open to all 7th-12th graders preparing for the next football season. Each athlete will have an individualized program based on their experience, position, and season. This program will focus on increasing muscle mass and strength, injury prevention, mobility, general physical preparation, and competitive drills. These attributes are important foundations for improving speed, agility, acceleration, and power. We will be offering Testing Evaluations prior to the start of the program. Each athlete must book a time before the start of the program. The final week of the program will include retesting of the evaluations.

Program Duration: 12 weeks (January 24th-April 15th)

Program Goal: Increase Muscle Mass and Strength, Injury Prevention, Mobility, and General Physical Preparation

 

Weekly Schedule:

Monday – Field work 5:00pm-5:30pm, Weight Room 5:30pm-6:15pm

Wednesday – Field Work 5:00pm-5:30pm, Weight Room 5:30pm-6:15pm

Saturday – Weight Room 11:00am-12:15pm
