A way of learning the most beneficial ways to fuel one’s body allowing for optimal sport performance. This can be general or individualized as much as requested.
- Includes an informational cook book with recommendations, recipes and helpful nutrition information – $60
- Personalized meal planning, daily food/weight logs and weekly check in’s for a more personal client/nutrition coach relationship – $125 or a month ; $100 to re-up after the month is done.
