Emily Sheehan, CSCS

Emily attended Dunmore High School where she played basketball, cross country, and track and field. She then went on to attend the University of Scranton where she played basketball and received Defensive Player of the Year 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 seasons, second team and first team all-conference. She also received All-Tournament team in two tournaments (Gwynedd Mercy and D3Hoops Classic in Las Vegas – 2019) and team MVP at Las Vegas tournament. Emily then continued to Coach Basketball throughout college and after (2017-present). She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CPR-AED and first Aid certified. Her responsibilities at Riverfront Sports include designing and conducting individualized training programs for athletes to help them reach optimal sport performance, including both speed/agility workouts and lifting sessions. AAU coach 2020/2021 for NEPA Elite girls’ program, personal trainer for all NEPA Elite girls and all Riverfront Sports programs as well as, a personal trainer for adults, group instructor for small classes.

Sheehan was a standout basketball player at both Dunmore High School and the University of Scranton. Her teams were a combined 100-17 at Dunmore and 107-13 at Scranton for a 207-30 career total.

 

Colin Holmes

Colin attended Dunmore High School where he played Football and Basketball where he was the All State running back. Colin then attended West Chester University as he majored in Exercise Science. Colin is currently working towards his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He is currently the JV/Varsity Football Assistance coach for Dunmore High School. His current responsibilities at Riverfront Sports include him designing and conducting individualized training programs for athletes to help them reach optimal sport performance, including both speed/agility workouts and lifting sessions. Colin is also a personal trainer for both individual and team training.
