Get your PF Flyers ready and prepare for TAKE OFF!
This program involves various progressions and modifications of strength, power, speed, jump, plyometric, sled, and med ball exercises geared towards your specific individual needs to increase your vertical jump
Grades 9th and Up. College students welcome!
Week 1: Athletes will be evaluated on the following:
1) Movement Quality
2) Vertical Jump
3) Broad Jump
4) 10-yard sprint
5) TB DL
6) Bench Press
7) Chin Ups
8) Push Ups
Must Sign Up on a week-by-week basis:
– 2 days/week (Tuesday and Thursday) for $35/week
– 3 days/week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for $45/week
All trainings will start at 4:30
