Travel Basketball Teams
Travel teams at NEPA Elite are for elite level players looking to continue to play the game of basketball competitively in the Northeast area. The AAU commitment will force your son or daughter to continuously compete against the best talent in the area weekly, both at practice and testing their talents on the hardwood on the weekends.
AAU is for boys and girls in 4th to 11th Grade. The following programs are available with information below: NEPA Elite; Backcourt Bulldogs; NEPA Flames; JB Hoops.
NEPA Elite is our highest level with the best players in NEPA being selected. These teams are part of the nationally renowned Hoop Group and will play in tournaments all over the country.
The Backcourt Bulldogs are our next level for boys in our travel teams. NEPA Flames is our next level for girls in our travel teams. These teams are considered regional and will travel a maximum of 3 hours from Scranton.
JB Hoops is our developmental and non-travel program that plays locally. The majority of these tournaments are played in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area although they could travel for one-day tournaments about one hour away.
