‍Lehigh Valley Health Network now offers Sports Nutrition services led by our licensed sports clinical dietitian Tanya Williams MS, CSSD, RDN, LDN. With over 25 years of expertise, our program provides athletes with:

A personalized nutrition analysis and meal plan/pattern including the recommended amounts of calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates.
A list of specific foods for the athlete's health goals, activity needs, age, size and food preferences.
Educational materials and various tools to help athletes in the pursuit of their specific health goals.
