Time 12:00pm-1:30pm
15 Minutes of speed and agility – Working on speed and coordination
20-25 Minute instructional – Learning the basics of the game (ball work, passing, dribbling)
45 Minutes Scrimmages – Kids will be split into groups of 4 where they will play 4v4 for the remainder of the time
-12-15 minute games with a coach overseeing
-Each game will be played against a different team of 4
