Attended Dunmore High School where he played JV/Varsity Basketball. He later attended St.
John’s University where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Arts with a
minor in Business Administration. He later went on to Pace University where he obtained his
Mater’s of Science in Educational Studies. Kevin is the current head coach of Dunmore High School.

Chris Kucharski

Attended Kutztown High School where he played Football, Basketball, and Track. He was named captain of the football team his senior season and earn Berks County 1st Team All-Star at wide receiver. Chris then attended Syracuse University where he studied Communications and Marketing. After college, he worked in the hospitality and medical mangement industries before starting a career in sports journalism and marketing. He has been a member of the media in Pittsburgh and Scranton for over 25 years and owns NPF Football which covers high school football in District 2. Chris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nineteen 9 Sports properties including Riverfront Sports and Top Tier Events.

Brendon Weinhardt

Director of Coaching – Soccer

Attended West Chester Bayard Rustin High School and was a 4-year Varsity Soccer
Player, All League & All Area Player. Brendon went on to attend Temple University
where he played in the Soccer Club during this college years. He then went on to play
for the Ukrainian Nationals Majors after college. Brendon then Partnered and Director
with Quik Touch Soccer LLC, act as the Assistant Coach for the University of Scranton
Soccer team, Coach and Zone 2 Director at Phoenixville Area Soccer Club and Coach
Nether United Travel Soccer. Brendon obtained his USSF Coaching E License and
USC Director of Coaching Diploma. Brendon’s current Riverfront Sports job
responsibilities include being the Youth Soccer Director, Assistant Director of Coaching,
Club Register, and Uniform Coordinator.

Christian Sunseri

Director of Athletics Operations

Christian graduated from Lackawanna Trail in 2008 where he lettered 3 years as a varsity basketball player and was a 2008 Lackawanna League All Star. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration from Drexel University and was a Practice Player for the Women’s basketball program (2009-2013) that won the postseason WNIT tournament in 2013. Head Coach at Lackawanna Trail High School from 2014-2020 (6 seasons) where he produced 3 Lackawanna League First Team All-Star players and 4 Lackawanna League Honorable Mention players. During the 2018-2019 season, led Lackawanna Trail to its first AA District II playoff win since 2013 and an appearance in the AA District II semifinals. In the following 2019-2020 season his team competed for a Lackawanna League Division IV championship, won another AA District II playoff game, and appeared again in the AA District II semifinals. The Lions posted a 14-10 overall record in the 2019-2020 season – the school’s first overall winning record for the program since 2010. Currently Christian is the Assistant Varsity & Head JV Coach at Mid Valley High School. Christian’s current job responsibilities at Riverfront Sports include managing and overseeing all the administrative and logistical aspects of our basketball programs.

 

Colin Holmes

Strength & Conditioning Coordinator

Colin attended Dunmore High School where he played Football and Basketball where he was
the All State running back. Colin then attended West Chester University as he majored in
Exercise Science. Colin is currently working towards his Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist (CSCS). He is currently the JV/Varsity Football Assistance coach for Dunmore High
School. His current responsibilities at Riverfront Sports include him designing and conducting
individualized training programs for athletes to help them reach optimal sport
performance, including both speed/agility workouts and lifting sessions. Colin is also a personal trainer for both individual and team training and oversees the Riverfront Flag Football youth leagues

Brian Coyle

Director of Program Development – Basketball

Attended Bishop Hannan where his 1999 team earned PIAA State Runner-up status in Class A.
Brian was also named team MVP, Lackawanna League All-Star and Regional All-Star. Brian after
attended Misericordia University where he played Basketball earning himself a degree in
Business Administration and minor in Human Resources. Brian while attending college, coached
Misericordia Basketball during his senior season and earned the 2003 Coach’s award. After
college Brian spent 3 seasons as the Head Coach of the Lackawanna College Men’s Basketball
Team. Brian’s current Riverfront Sports responsibilities include coaching the NEPA Elite 17U
boys team.

Lamont Tillery

Basketball Coach/Trainer

Attended Pocono Mountain East and later attended East Stroudsburg University where he
earned the distinction of playing the most basketball games in ESU history. Lamont won 2 PSAC
Championships and earned 2 NCAA Division Sweet Sixteen Berths. After college, Lamont plays
semi-professional basketball, coaches AAU basketball and is involved in youth player
development. Lamont’s current Riverfront Sports responsibilities include coaching the NEPA
NXT 7th Grade Team and coaching younger kids at Riverfront including private and group trainings.

Chris Summa

Director – Electric City Volleyball

Attended North Pocono High School and played Football and Volleyball. Chris then went on to
attend East Stroudsburg University and Lackawanna College. After college Chris went on to
coach Football at North Pocono and Pittston Area, boys’ volleyball at Abington Heights and
North Pocono Girls Volleyball. Chris then went on to coach Women’s Volleyball at Marywood
University and Keystone College. Chris is currently the Club Director at Electric City Volleyball. He coaches various age group girls’ teams ranging from 14U-16U. Chris is responsible for all volleyball programming at Riverfront Sports.
