If you answered yes to those questions, we are offering a program just for you!

Get your PF Flyers ready and prepare for TAKE OFF!

This program involves various progressions and modifications of strength, power, speed, jump, plyometric, sled, and med ball exercises geared towards your specific individual needs to increase your vertical jump

Week 1: Athletes will be evaluated on the following:

Limited to 10 people per group

Program Duration: 9 Weeks (JULY 10th– SEPTEMBER 8th)
